The terms of this agreement apply to multiple deliveries of software (and documentation) made to Licensee over time, including updates and upgrades which may be made available by Cirrus Logic.
Governs use of Cirrus Logic evaluation and development packages including: software tools, programs, libraries, example/reference code, and related materials provided to you.
