Commitment
In FY22, Cirrus Logic set a target to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions for all operations by 90% by FY30 compared to the FY21 baseline. We are on track to achieve this target.
In FY26, we reduced these emissions by 81% compared to our FY21 baseline emissions, and by 3% compared to our FY25 emissions.
Commitment
Our U.K. and Austin offices are powered with 100% renewable electricity contracts, and we are committed to using renewable electricity where possible over time.
In FY26, renewable energy accounted for 78% of our total energy consumption, a 2% increase from FY25.
Commitment
As part of our environmental management system, we assess and classify waste generation sources to better understand our footprint. This helps us to identify areas for improvement, seek opportunities to reduce waste and increase recycling wherever possible.
In FY26, we recycled approximately 13,975 pounds of end-of-life IT products, including computers and accessories, we donated 3,878 pounds of old laboratory equipment and electronics, and recycled 830 pounds of batteries.
